| Ken Walker always does a fantastic job of taking care of our needs at Eastbrook GY. Recently, our A/C has been going in and out and he and his team were able to narrow it down to a freon leak and also replenish our freon. |

| For the second time in a row they fail to check the air pressure in my tires after rotating them. The first time they inflated all the tires to 36lb. This last time I believe they never checked the air pressure because when I arrived home I had to air up two tires that were below 25lb. The manufacturer indicated that the front tires should be at 29lb and the rear at 32lb. Other than that I never have a problem getting an appointment and they are alway finished on time. |
